Palmetto Bay Medspa was established in 2020 and is the premier medical spa in the Palmetto Bay area. The owners, Dr. Rigoberto Franco & Bertha Peña Franco have been in the medical profession for a combined 50+ years and are thrilled to be able to extend their business into the world of beauty.
